Free Standard Shipping on orders over $69 CAD; otherwise, a $10 CAD shipping fee applies.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Delivery: $15 CAD, 1–2 business days

United States:

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $59 USD; otherwise, a $10 USD shipping fee applies.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

Europe & Oceania:

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $129 CAD or equivalent; otherwise, a $25 CAD shipping fee applies.

Yes! We offer local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If your address is in the GTA, you’ll see a "Local Delivery" option at checkout.

Choose this option for free delivery with a minimum order of $39. Your order will be delivered either on the same day or the next day.

At the moment, we do not offer order pick-up. However, we are working on making this service available in the future!

Orders

Yes! You will receive an email with your order confirmation shortly after placing your order. Please allow 10–15 minutes for the email to arrive. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Once we ship your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our tracking page.

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, please carefully review the details before placing your order.

Once your order is placed, you cannot modify or cancel it in any way (e.g., adding new products, changing the shipping address).

Yes! We accept returns. Please refer to our returns page for more details.

While your product may freeze due to external temperatures during shipping, rest assured this does not compromise its safety or stability. Once the product returns to room temperature, it typically returns to its original state without any issues.

However, we recommend being cautious when opening the container, as freezing can cause expansion, potentially leading to spillage. To avoid any mess, allow the product to gradually thaw back to its liquid state.

Products & Recommendations

Yes! All products sold by us are 100% authentic. We source our products directly from reputable brands and authorized distributors to ensure quality and authenticity.

All of our products are manufactured within the last 12 months. Asian beauty products have a shelf life of 3 years when unopened, and up to 1 year after being opened.

If you look on the packaging, you should find either the manufacture date or a batch code. If the product has a batch code, you can search online to find the exact manufactured date.
